PJ Money Transfer does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, identity documents, bank details, card details, or transaction history. It uses only limited technical records to load rates, remember basic preferences, and deliver notifications if you allow them.
Scope and summary
This policy applies to the PJ Money Transfer app for Android (com.rayush.pjexchange) and iOS (com.hitseen.pjexchange).
The app displays exchange and transfer rates, recent trends, offers, and informational calculations. It does not create a financial account, execute a payment, or initiate a money transfer.
What we do not collect
The app does not ask for or collect:
- your name, email address, phone number, or postal address;
- passwords, identity documents, or government identifiers;
- bank accounts, payment cards, purchases, or transaction history;
- precise or approximate location;
- contacts, photos, videos, audio, camera, or microphone data; or
- advertising profiles or cross-app tracking data.
Limited technical app data
When the app first opens, it generates an installation identifier using the operating system, device model name, and creation time. This identifier is sent to our server and retained so the app can authenticate its installation and receive current rate data.
The server may also retain your selected favorite and default currencies, notification preference, color theme, and the time the installation last connected. These records identify an app installation, not your real-world identity.
Our hosting and network providers may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, request time, app or device type, and error details, to deliver and secure the service.
Information kept on your device
Calculator amounts are used to show a result and are not submitted as payment or transfer instructions. The app stores its authentication token, installation identifier, and preferences on your device so it can work between sessions.
Optional notifications
Android and iOS may ask whether you want to allow notifications. If you allow them, the app sends a push token to our server so service notices and updates can reach this app installation. Notification delivery involves your operating-system provider and Expo's notification service.
You can deny permission or turn notifications off later in the app or your device settings. The app's rate and calculator features remain available without notification permission.
How information is used and shared
Limited technical information is used only to operate app features, remember preferences, deliver requested notifications, protect the service, and troubleshoot errors.
We do not sell this information, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites. Service providers may process only the information needed for hosting, network delivery, security, rate data, and push notifications.
Retention and your choices
Installation records and preferences are retained while reasonably needed to operate the app. Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for reliability, security, and troubleshooting, unless a longer period is required by law.
You can clear locally stored information by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it. You may also contact us to request deletion of a server-side installation record; we may need the installation identifier to locate it.
Children's privacy
The app is a general-audience rate information tool and is not directed to children. Because it does not provide accounts or user-content forms, it does not knowingly request personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the app, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available here with a revised effective date.
